Well ... a lot of the advertising wasn't needed in the end. Sale was negotiated and signed before the local newspapers of the week were off the press. Things went that quick! What a relief for a couple of people who were in the executor roles. Christie kept us updated at every turn of the negotiations, every change in offers made, and what a pleasing result it was. No doubt the current red-hot real estate demand was a help for the selling agents but it still didn't mean they skimped on anything or any part of their obligations ... right down to the QR code and hand sanitiser at the front door of the dwelling so that every inspection met the COVID rules of the day. All matters relating to the sale were wrapped up to the satisfaction of the respective legal representatives and all was done and dusted with a minimum of fuss. Thank you!

Christie was extremely thorough in all respects in assisting me with buying a new home in the process of my so called “Tree change”.
I found Christie to be up front and honest, and I had no doubt that she was out “batting” for me the whole time not missing any details in regards to fast tracking the handover.
